Productivity matters. You know that. Microsoft is committed to reinventing productivity to empower every person and every organization on the planet to do more and achieve more.  But how can you be more productive each day?  Microsoft has been working with Stanford University researchers to develop a method that helps people adopt new productivity behaviors more effectively.

This session will introduce this research, Tiny Habits for Productivity, and provide you with the foundation you need to become more effective at changing your own behavior, including how to:

  • Understand the role habits play in our lives
  • Identify the three components that make up every habit
  • Design behaviors to make them sticky
  • Utilize different productivity habit recipes
